Eunoia

'Eunoia' is the shortest English word that contains all the five vowels. It derives from the Greek word εύνοια which means 'well mind' or 'beautiful thinking'. It is a rarely used medical term referring to a state of normal mental health - it seems that we have a far greater vocabulary for states of dis-ease. A search of the web underlines this and provides only 57,000 or so entries for the word and the Wikipedia article on the subject is no longer than a single page.

So what is a state of 'normal mental health' or 'well thinking'? How would you define it? How do you 'feel' when experiencing Eunoia? What would you be doing and thinking? What would you not being doing and thinking?

Exercise - design a state that you will call Eunoia. Describe it comprehensively in all the important sensory modalities. Develop anchors into this state and learn how to access this state at will.
